ISLAMABAD – Parliamentary Secretary for Interior Affairs Marriyum Aurangzeb said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan had not told of any change in governing system in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during his speech in Lahore. Talking to a private TV channel, she said that since his party government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had failed to deliver, so he wanted to divert public attention from the development projects launched by the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) government in Pakistan. The parliamentary secretary said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had presented himself and his family for accountability by constituting a judicial commission on Panama Papers. She said that Imran and other PTI leaders Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan should also present themselves for accountability before the judicial commission. Marriyum said that the PTI could not do anything against corruption. She added that it was only raising hue and cry as Imran was surrounded by corrupt elements.
