KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said on Friday that his party would initiate a movement against the government after Eidul Fitr. He added that he can foresee the early dismissal of the government of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Interacting with media after his arrival in Karachi, he said that peace could not be established in the port city until the police department was de-politicised. He said that the system of governance also needed to be changed. Criticising the prime minister, he said that PM Nawaz was involved in “theft” but now he (Nawaz) says that he himself would make laws for investigation into Panama Papers’ leaks. Imran also said that the Sharif brothers had bribed the members of the judiciary, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and those belonging to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). He said that the Sharif brothers had taken loans of four billion rupees worth prior to the 2013 general elections. He added that PM Nawaz was afraid of being held accountable and of a probe into rigging elections in four constituencies.
