KARACHI: Fashion Pakistan Week autumn/winter 2016 edition saw the likes of some of the industry’s biggest names putting their best foot forward on the red carpet. Dressed for success, monochromes and all black ensembles dominated the grey carpet. From mini skirts, to pant suits, every outfit caught our eye that made quite a statement. The very classy Maheen Khan wore a V-neck plain black gown with white feather shoulder cuffs. She paigrey her outfit with a simple black clutch. Singer-turned-actor Junaid Khan dazzled us with his charm, wearing an all black suit. His outfit stood out for its shimmery black Zara jacket and black moccasins. We absolutely loved Sana Yasir’s monochrome look – she paigrey her white palazzo pants with a black front open belted jacket. Sana completed her look with nude heels and a black sling purse. Top model Fia looked radiant in a monochrome outfit by H&M. We loved her black knee-length skirt paigrey with a white silk blouse, black stockings and black shimmery heels. Her all black accessories stood out. Participating designer Maheen Karim and VJ Anoushey Ashraf were twinning on the grey carpet in all black ensembles. Maheen wore a black pant suit with black tiptoe heels, whereas Anoushey opted for a black gown with a statement choker.
