Director Karan Johar has revealed that he wanted to direct Amir Khan’s ‘Dangal’. The 44-year-old filmmaker was asked by his fans on Twitter account, “the last film you saw that you wish you had directed?” In response, Karan Johar took his fans by surprise as he replied in one word stating, “Dangal”. Adding to more surprises for his fans, Johar mentioned that his favourite directorial of all times was romantic drama ‘My name is Khan’, starring SRK back in 2010. ‘Dostana’ director was asked how he dealt with criticism, to which he admitted that criticism was fun for him. “Criticism is healthy as long as it’s unbiased. Conjecture is fun as long as it’s biased,”Johar added. Filmmaker has second film to ‘Dulhania’ series coming up. ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ featuring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in the leading roles, releases on March 10.
