MUMBAI: Deepika Padukone, who made a debut in Hollywood film ‘xXx: Return ofXander Cage’, will not walk on the Red Carpet of Academy Awards this year. It was rumoured that the Bollywood beauty, will be attending the award function, when her Hollywood stylist Elizabeth Saltzman posted on Instagram, “@gracerichmond9 is here too. Oscar here we come.” However, the actress refused these rumours of appearing in the Oscars at a recent event. On being questioned if she will be attending the Academy Awards in Los Angeles, she said, “That’s an interesting question… (laughs) but no, no…” Her comment comes as a somewhat clear indication of the fact that she won’t be attending the Oscars and possibly a huge disappointment for her fans.
