HOLLYWOOD: George Clooney opened up about his excitement for becoming father of twin babies at the age of 50. In a recent interview, the two-time Oscar winner talked about the expected babies with his wife, Amal Clooney. “We are really happy and really excited,” Clooney said. “It’s going to be an adventure,” he added. The high paid star, admitted that he is teased by a lot of his friends, who are of his age and have kids that are grown up and have already gone to high school. He talked about how his friends had always promised him that he would love the experience and would be a great father. Clooney added that he and his wife were ready to embrace everything that came with parenting and sharing. The star further talked about inspiration he had from 89 years old French actor, Jean Paul Belmondo, who became father at the age of 70 with his second wife, Nathalie Tardivel. He said, “So, I’m feeling a little better about being 56 by the time [they come].” Multiple sources confirmed the news that the couple is expecting twins – a boy and a girl.
