MUMBAI: Kapoor & Sons Director Shakun Batra has admitted that he misses Fawad Khan. Kapoor & Sons was released last year but Bollywood cannot get past ‘Fawad fever’. Fawad has left quite an impact on his Indian stars, which also includes the director of Kapoor & Sons, who has revealed that the ‘Humsafar’ actor has a solid impression in B-town. According to sources, Shakun Batra mentioned in an interview that Fawad is an amazing collaborator. “I miss him a lot. I don’t know if I am supposed to be quiet about it and I don’t miss him because of any other things, I miss him simply because he is a great guy and he is a lovely collaborator,” stated Shakun. “We Indians who work around the world, we do it legally, similarly, if somebody else wants to work legally in our country, it should be open. It should be a two-way street,” Shakun added. Fawad Khan’s first Indian project was ‘Khoobsurat’, followed by ‘Kapoor & Sons’ and he made a cameo in Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ which wasn’t released in India or Pakistan due to escalating political tensions between India and Pakistan.
