Sir: It has come to my knowledge that Punjab public service commission increased fees of all exams conducted under its supervision. It is quotation “An imbalance between rich and poor is the oldest and most fatal ailments of all republics.” “Some people think luxury is the opposite of poverty. It is not. It is the opposite of Vulgarity.” The main cause of poverty is unemployment.IPR (institute for policy reforms) fact sheet shows unemployment may be closer to 8.5 percent. Thousands of graduates are unemployed due to unavailability of Jobs. If we see number of applicants applying for seat it will be more than 100 persons striving for one seat. This all is due to unemployment that postgraduate person is applying for seat of clerk. In such tattered condition, moreover to find surrogate way, government Job is dream of every person. Punjab public service commission pouring its share in destroying the dream of educated poor graduates by increasing dues of test without thinking that is it possible for unemployed to pay amount of test in which hundreds are applying for just one seat. I request the planning department of provincial government to stop this increase so to support competent educated poor in fulfilling their dreams.
