Sir: The present Information Minister in a statement said that NAB is being pressurised to re-open the Hudabiya case. But it is interesting to think that if we would open old cases then nobody will escape. He has not given the names of the people influencing NAB, however, their spokesperson has refuted his claim and defended its authority to take action wherever necessary. The PML-N leaders miss no opportunity to blame state organisation. They believe in influencing the heads of the department who they are treating as their personal servants. The Sharif family is adamant to defy judicial processes. Do they have a special status in this country? Are they above the laws of this land? After her speech on the eve of election she should have been sent to jail but instead, she has flown to London along with her husband, who is responsible for entering their names in the ECL? It is the responsibility of the Interior Minister to take action against them and he accused must appear before the Court. We have a convicted a person convicted of money laundering working as our Finance Minister and an anti-establishment defense and now the Foreign Minister of Pakistan. How can these criminals represent the country? They all should be spending time behind the bars, but they are all traveling abroad representing our national interests. This can only happen in Pakistan and nowhere else. Who is more important than the nation itself? Ahsan Iqbal bears the responsibility to give the names of the persons pressurising NAB.
