PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Labour Wing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced that around 15,000 workers will participate in the party’s Raiwind march on September 30, and warned if anyone would create hurdles, will face befitting response from the PTI workers. This was stated by PTI Labour Wing Provincial President, Murtaza Hussain along with MPA Fazal-e-Elahi during a news conference in press club here on Wednesday. Murtaza Hussain said around 500 to 1000 workers of labour wing will ensure participation from each district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Raiwind rally as per instructions of the party chairman Imran Khan. Accompanied by the labour wing office bearers, Farhad Ali, Qasim Khan, Nasir Khan, Bakht Raza, Said Alam Khan, Nadeem Awan, and others, he said the party workers will gather at Insaf House in Peshawar around 6 am early morning to leave for the Lahore. He said the PTI march against the corruption and corrupt people, instead of any individual. Fazal Elahi said that corruption is at peak in the country. He said the taking corrupt element to task is inevitable to bring back looted money to spend it for welfare of poor people and development of the country. He viewed that PTI chairman Imran Khan had raised voice against the corrupt people, and vowed to eliminate corruption from the county forever. “We will show the world through the holding of Raiwind rally that people want to ‘get-rid’ of corruption”, Elahi said. PTI legislator said the rulers had made investment in offshore companies by looting national exchequer and reiterated they will bring back each penny either by hook and crook. Elahi has warned that the Central and Punjab governments will be responsible for the any showdown between workers of PTI and PML-N during the peaceful rally of PTI in Raiwind, Lahore. He said the Punjab is not legacy of PML-N. He said PTI is holding a peaceful rally against corruption in Adda Plot, saying that the venue is for away from residence of Prime Minister, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. When asked about the formation of PTI special force to deal with PML-N workers, he responded that PML-N had initially given warning to PTI, by constitution of Danda Bardar Janbaz Force in Punjab. Following which, he said PTI had decided to form similar force to give response to N-leaguers in befitting manner.
