BANNU: Around 22,304 students passed the intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Bannu. The BISE, Bannu, declared the intermediate results on Thursday. Javeria Shah of the pre-medical group of the Government Postgraduate College, Bannu, topped the exam with 979 marks. Syed Usman Zaheer, pre-medical student from Government Degree College No-II got 978 marks securing the second position and Sehrish Gul, pre-medical student from Government Degree College Mandan with 976 marks secured the third position. In the pre-engineering group, Muhammad Sufian of the Government Degree College No-II secured the first position with 960 marks, Shabir Ahmed secured second position with 955 marks and Muhammad Asif secured third with 948 marks. In the arts group, Khadija Rahmat of the Government Postgraduate College stood first with 892 marks, Zaada Ali of the Government Higher Secondary School stood second with 887 marks and Ismail of the Government Postgraduate College stood third with 868 marks. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf member provincial assembly Zarin Zia was the chief guest at the shields and certificates distribution ceremony at the BISE office.
