KHAR: The activists of various political parties announced joining Awami National Party (ANP) in Bajaur Agency on Friday. Activists of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) including Muhammad Aman, Ajmal Khan, Sharifullah, Asmatullah, Khan Muhammad, Gul Khan, Rahmanullah, Raheemullah, Sabz Ali, Khanzeb, Ziaur Rehman, Gul Zada, Abdul Khaliq, Abdul Wahid, Mir Hassan, Nawab Khan, Sultan and Hukam Khan along with their relatives and friends announced joining the ANP at a gathering in Sheikh Baba Dar Shah area in Khar tehsil. The ANP leaders including Malik Attaullah Khan and Gul Afzal Khan were present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, they said that PTI-led provincial government had failed to deliver and the party activists were quitting the party. “PML-N leadership is looting the national exchequer in the centre while PTI is involved in corruption in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” Malik Attaullah said, adding that ANP was getting political strength in the region and would sweep the upcoming general election.
