PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Finance Minister Muzaffar Said urged the youth to get modern higher education with intention to serve the country at every walk of life. The Finance Minister was attending a ceremony “Student’s Education Expo” on Thursday arranged by JI student’s federation of Kohat University. The ceremony was attended by Chairman Kohat Education Board Abdul Raqib, Jumat I Islami (JI) Karak Ameer Qaem Mohammad Zahor Khattak, Vice Chancellor Kohat University, Professors, Teachers and districts Karak, Hango and Kohat representative of the local body. Muzafar Said claimed that the modern researches were the need of hour and concentration of the university students should be fixed over it with aim to promote the country interest at the comity of the nations. “The provincial government has increased the allocation of budget for education for higher and lower level by understanding the power and importance of an educated society,” he maintain in his speech. He said by getting quality education youth might be the only source to get jobs and be benefited from the schemes of government. The only need is to take advantage of the occasion because modern research in every field does help governments to have prosperous attitude towards define goals. The KP Government trying its level best to meet the staff shortage in the public sector schools and maintained properly the building structure of the education institutes. The Minister added that KP government had spent Rs21 Billions to upgrade the standards of the education by providing trainings to primary school teachers.
