ISLAMABAD: The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat has directed all the ministries and organisations to set up a helpline to redress public grievances. According to media reports quoting an official said, “Help can be sought from Ministry of Information Technology.” The establishment of the helpline would bind the respective ministries to address the public complaints within 15 days.
