ISLAMABAD: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has approved generation tariff for 747 MW Guddu Power Plant on gas and high-speed diesel for next 30 years. According to the decision, Rs 4.38 per unit tariff was approved for gas while Rs 9.55 per unit for high-speed diesel. The regulator approved cost of the project Rs 74.5 billion against the company claim of Rs 79 billion.
