RAWALPINDI: The enforcement cell Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has halted an operation against illegal buildings after a judge issued stay orders. The RDA enforcement cell along with a police was demolishing illegally constructed buildings in Gulzar-e-Quaid on Airport Road when the owners reached the site with stay orders. The team had to stop the operation after the Rawalpindi commissioner ordered for compliance of the court orders.
