ISLAMABAD: Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Saddar) Islamabad, has prohibited the construction of illegal houses in the sub-sectors of G-14/1,2,3. He has also prohibited transportation/loading/unloading of construction material in these sub-sectors under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C with immediate effect for two months. In this regard, the order issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Saddar) says that the land of villages falling in these sub-sectors had been acquired for the housing scheme of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation. The houses are being constructed only for the sake of improvement and to enhance the compensation of the built-up property which is against the law. Therefore, construction of houses, transportation/ loading/un-loading of construction material in these sub-sectors is prohibited, the order said.
