ISLAMABAD: The Roots Millennium Schools (RMS) Oxbridge Campus Islamabad held its first ever oath taking ceremony to appoint the first student council for the school year 2016-2017, according to a press release issued by the organisation on Monday. Executive Director Roots Millennium Schools’ Anna Faisal was the chief guest, who inducted the school’s head-boy Hamza Hassan and head-girl Fizza Zahra of the Student Executive Council after administering their oaths. Badges, certificates, and sachets were awarded to the members of the council. The executive director congratulated and advised the students to work with responsibility and dexterity. She described the school elections as a platform for the council to learn how to maintain discipline and help others. She also emphasized on leadership and determination of the youth to make a revolutionary change in Pakistan. The Oxbridge Campus Islamabad aims to be a global institution committed to meeting the needs and ambitions of a diverse range of students by providing challenging academic programs underpinned by innovative research scholarships and professional practices.
