ISLAMABAD: The federal government has so far released over four hundred and thirty billion rupees for different development projects in the social sector, against a total allocation of eight hundred billion rupees. The Ministry of Planning released the data that shows over one hundred and eleven billion rupees have been given to the National Highway Authority for infrastructure and development projects against its total allocation of 188 billion. Similarly, over one hundred billion rupees have been released for Water and Power sector projects. The government has also released over fifty-two billion rupees for Temporary Displaced Person.
