QUETTA: President Mamnoon Husain said on Tuesday thatthe China Pakistan Economic Corridor project will change Balochistan’s destiny. Addressing a ceremony in connection with Quaid Day, he said the people and particularly the Baloch youth have played a pivotal role in the freedom struggle of Pakistan. He said the project will protect the interests of the people in every part of the country including Balochistan, reiterating Quaid’s claim that Balochistan area was a diamond. Mamnoon also said thatthe performance of the province’s students, particularly females, in different competitive exams in the country was highly appreciable, urging the students to follow the example set by the great Quaid.
