ISLAMABAD: Balochistan High Court (BHC) has granted pre-arrest bail to National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) President Syed Iqbal Ashraf after submitting surety bond of Rs 100,000. As per details, Balochistan High Court has accepted the pre-arrest bail applications of NBP President Syed Iqbal Ashraf and Vice President Muhammad Khurshad Khan in juridical record case. NBP President Syed Iqbal Ashraf was facing allegations of tempering records in judicial record and allegedly gained personal beneficiates. A case was registered against him under sections 420, 468, 271, 109 and 34 of PPC. Earlier, the subordinate court had issued non-bailable arrest warrants of both the accused.
